Refund Policy For Digital Products

At Truesdale Tax Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. All Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products (including templates, eBooks, kits, courses, slides, and PLR/MRR/white-label resources), no refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed. These items are considered delivered upon payment. Please make an informed decision upon purchasing.
2. Live Classes, Webinars & Challenges
If you purchase access to a live class, webinar, or challenge:
All sales are final.
If you miss the session, a replay may be available if noted in the original offer.
Access is based on the original delivery terms. No credits or transfers.
3. Courses with Portals (Self-Paced or Cohort-Based)
Refunds are not available after access is granted to the LMS (Learning Management System), including VIP upgrades, which is usually immediately.
If you experience a tech issue, contact support within 72 hours of purchase.
4. Tax Software Packages, ERO Licensing & Service Bureau Co-Brands
These are non-refundable.

5. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you made a duplicate purchase (same item, same email), contact support within 48 hours for review. If approved, a courtesy refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
6. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:
Permanent loss of access to all portals, groups, and future events.
A block from purchasing future services or digital products.
Theft of service and fraud charges at our discretion.
7. Results Disclaimer
No results are guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, hustle, application, and consistency. By purchasing, you agree to this understanding.
8. Merchandise/Physical Items
Items are printed on demand. No refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of our products/services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
